3. Fees and Refunds

All professional consultation fees are specified transparently during your profile evaluation. Government visa application charges are paid directly to consulates unless otherwise specified. Fees are non-refundable once file processing begins.

4. Limitation of Liability

Foreign Gateways is not liable for embassy delays, policy changes, or visa rejections that occur due to changes in international immigration criteria after file submission.
